Longère sur les Dunes
We found something wonderful above the dunes of Biville: a longère, a stone longhouse, with a 4000 sqm plot. We fell in love with the house, the property and the area right away. The Longère is located in a small hameau in absolute tranquillity and the unique Biville dune massif begins just 1 km away. On 318 square meters of living space is room for 6 people and lots of dogs. Highlight for people is our infrared sauna, which brings some sun and warmth to the skin even on stormy and rainy days.
Furnishing
The entire living area of the house is very spacious, in addition to a large fully equipped kitchen, there is a large dining room with fireplace, a living room and from the living room through a spiral staircase accessible im the second floor a large room that can be used in many ways and has a separate toilet. On the first floor adjacent to the living room is another room with infrared sauna, shower and toilet.
Through a closed, straight wooden staircase in the kitchen, you get to the three bedrooms and the corresponding bathroom with separate toilet on the second floor.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The living room has a Smart TV with German channels and access to streaming services. A speaker that can be connected to any cell phone via Bluetooth is also available.

Booking
In principle, you do not enter into any obligation when you start a booking request.
The house is only bindingly booked with the booking confirmation.
Just click on the calendar, choose the slot and send it off.
If you are interested in multiple properties, please send us your requests for each house separately.
Arrivals are always possible on Saturdays from 4 p.m. and departures are on Saturdays by 10 a.m.

The prices apply to an occupancy of up to 6 people and their dogs. Costs for electricity, water and WLAN are already included in the weekly rent.
Max. 6 persons + 1 baby/toddler (this one lives for free).
In addition to the rental price, the following costs apply:
15€ per person per stay for bed linen and towels. You have to bring your own beach towels.
150€ lump sum per stay for the final cleaning
In the colder months (end of October to end of March) there is an additional heating charge of €150 per week.
There is an additional tourist tax per person over 18 years per night. In 2024, this will be €1.87 per night; the amount for 2025 has not yet been determined. We will then offset the actual amount due against the deposit paid.
Terms of payment
- 25% deposit upon booking
- Final payment 6 weeks before arrival
- 300 € deposit also 6 weeks before arrival
Cancellation fees upon termination
up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: processing fee 100 €
up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
From 14 days before arrival only service charges and deposit will be refunded.
If government measures such as travel restrictions caused by the pandemic make it impossible to start the trip, you can cancel at short notice and receive a full refund of the payment made.

Ein Traumhaus für Hunde und Mensch
Wir haben 7 Hunde und noch nie erlebt das die Hunde überall sein dürfen…sogar im Bett !!! Haben wir nicht gemacht weil wir das zuhause auch nicht machen, ist einfach auch eng…:-) Die Vermieter, das Haus, die Umgebung sind einfach einmalig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und der wirklich ausbruchsichere Zaun hat erheblich zur Entspannung beigetragen. Wir hatten ein paar Tage auch Freunde zu Besuch und haben zusammen gekocht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, genug Geschirr, eine Küche in der alles vorhanden ist und man spürt mit wieviel Herzblut das alles hergerichtet ist…für uns ist es das tollste Haus weil es für Menschen mit 7 Hunden nicht üblich ist so was zu mieten. Tolles Haus und sooviel Platz
Longère sur les Dunes ist ein einzigartiges und wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Wir, das sind 2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche, ein Whippet und ein Podencomix und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles um sich wie zuhause zu fühlen! Die Küche hat wirklich ALLES und noch viel mehr, unglaublich wie gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, sogar eine Kapselkaffemaschine ist vorhanden, genügend Töpfe etc. wir haben hier wirklich gar nichts vermisst! Man spürt, dass das Haus geliebt wird, viele kleine Details erfreuen Auge und Herz! Die Infrarotsauna und der große eingezäunte Garten haben Zwei- und Vierbeiner sehr erfreut. Sogar Lektüre und unterhalsame Spiele sind vorhanden. Der ‘Yogarraum’ ist auch sehr schön, ich kann mir auch gut vorstellen hier ein kleines Yogaretreat mit einer kleinen Gruppe zu haben. Erwähnen möchte ich noch die tollen Gastgeber, so herzlich, ich habe immer sofort eine Antwort bekommen, wenn ich eine Frage hatte! Herzlichsten Dank!
