Manoir de la Comte<\/h1>\n

Our stone house “Le Manoir de la Comt\u00e9” dates back to the 16th century and served as the seat of a count. It is located just outside Portbail (3 km) and has about 245 sqm of living space as well as a large garden divided into three parts (about 3000 sqm). The garden is completely fenced, the back garden with a chestnut fence of 1.50 or 2.00 meters high, the front garden is surrounded by a stone wall and divided by a chestnut fence of 1.50 meters high again into a front garden and a driveway. The sea and the nearest beaches are 4 km away.<\/span><\/p>\n

The house has central heating and therefore can be easily inhabited throughout the year. <\/span>The heart of the house is a large, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Large gas stove with complementary ceramic hob and electric oven, dishwasher and large freestanding refrigerator. Adjoining back kitchen with washer, dryer and second smaller refrigerator. A little away from this area is the “dog kitchen” with separate entrance, sink, storage space, shelves for food preparation and a 60 L- freezer for BARF.<\/span><\/p>\n

The entire living area of the house is very spacious, two living rooms with fireplaces invite you to linger. <\/span>On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. <\/span><\/p>\n

There is another bedroom one floor up. In addition to these 4 bedrooms with double beds, there is a pull-out bed on a mezzanine in the two-storey open plan living area, so that a total of up to 10 people can be accommodated. Also available are a travel cot and a high chair. Our house is a non-smoking house.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. In the main living room there is a 55-inch LED TV with satellite connection. A loudspeaker that can be connected to any mobile phone via Bluetooth is available.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
