Maison sous le Phare<\/h1>\n

Under the lighthouse of La Tranche-sur-Mer, just behind the dunes, lies the <\/span>Maison sous le Phare in the <\/span>Quartier Le Phare<\/span>. The house with three bedrooms and many glass fronts opens in an L-shape to the large pool. It is a classic French holiday home with lots of space, light and ambience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The completely fenced garden with large sandy areas and old trees offers 700m2 of large play areas for our guests and their dogs. From here it is a seven-minute walk through the dunes to the endless, unspoiled sandy beach.<\/span>

Furnishing<\/h1>\n

It is cozy and, with a modern pellet stove, cozy and warm even in the cold months. <\/span><\/p>\n

The 5 x 9 m pool is heated, equipped with the latest salt water technology and can be used from the beginning of April to the end of October. In the warm months we use the solar shower in the garden before we jump into the water or to sand ourselves and the dogs coming from the beach. Those who splash in the water in the evening have a great view of the lighthouse. The pool is not suitable for dogs.<\/span> The center of the house is a large living\/dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a small oven and a dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. There are 3 double rooms in the house, one of which is a walk-through room (to the rear bedroom) and can be separated by a curtain. The house has two modern shower rooms with toilets. The large glass fronts face the garden with the pool, a covered portico offers pleasant shade in summer and protection from light rain. Our house is a non-smoking house. The garden is a large playground for humans and dogs, with large sandy areas. The 700m2 area is fenced all around over 2m and cannot be seen from the outside.<\/span><\/p>\n

A loudspeaker that can be connected to any mobile phone via Bluetooth is available. There is wifi in the house.<\/span>
